Johnson lays out Britain's path to resuming from Covid lockdown

British Prime Minister Boris Johnson has announced a four step path to take England out of its current Covid-19 lockdown. Johnson stated he desired the exit from lockdown to be irreversible, calling it a one-way road to flexibility.
