I have never heard the tearm Intra-oral Dental assistant before but oh well. I originaly wanu2019ted to be a Dental Hygentists becaue they get payed so much better. I had to go take a four hour test. It was genral knowlege, and some medical (if I knew those answers I wouldnu2019t need to go to school to learn thoes facts) It went on fore ever. It asked a ton of questions about how you felt about men vs woman, boys vs girls, young males or young girls u2026u2026u2026.. The end of the test came and a lady next to me said they donu2019t just want to know if you are a prevert they want to know if you are a confirmed pevert. I graduaetd Dental Assistant school in 1972. About 4u20135 years later the Registered Dental Assistant programs were just getting started. The dentist I was working for told the book keeper he would never pay more than $500.00 per month. Thatu2019s when I got out of the dental work I went literaly accross the street to work for Aetna Health Insurace. I could pay dental claims like no bodies busness becaue I knew all the coedes.
