My colleague Brandon Morse wrote earlier today about New york city political leaders on both side of the aisle requiring an investigation into Democrat Guv Andrew Cuomo’s gross mishandling of the Wuhan Coronavirus crisis in his state.
In his Monday press conference, Cuomo not did anything to quell the righteous anger of critics like Fox News’ Janice Dean, whose partner’s moms and dads died in a NY retirement home from problems connected to COVID. Janice took to Twitter and live-tweeted it, pointing out his ongoing “rubbish and lies” as part of what she calls #CuomoCoverup.
#CuomoCoverup is trending and I am so grateful,

She included this “disgraceful” quote:

RedState has actually widely-covered the Fox meteorologist’s very public project to amass even the smallest trace of accountability from Cuomo. Janice isn’t the only family member offering voice to their disappointment over the Democrat administration’s reckless actions (or absence of it) throughout the pandemic. In a new post published Monday by the NY Post entitled “‘ It appeared like murder’: Families of retirement home victims demand Cuomo probe,” sister-in-law Donna Johnson is now blasting the governor. And she doesn’t mince words.
Pleased with my sibling in law @DonnaAnnJohnson for this interview with @nypost

” Absolutely nothing is going to bring my parents back however we need to know why, since to us, taking a look at it, it just looked like murder– it appears like you were a serial killer, there are thousands of elders dead,” stated Donna Johnson, who lost both of her moms and dads to COVID-19 at the height of the pandemic last year after they contracted the virus at senior care facilities.
” He eliminated a lot of people, I imply individuals don’t have grannies and grandfathers and mother and fathers anymore because of one male’s decision.”
The piece continued:
Johnson, 59, stated her dad, Michael “Micky” Newman, a retired FDNY firefighter, was only at the Grandell Rehabilitation and Nursing Center to recover after a health center see but he never made it out alive. She wants responses from Cuomo and stated he ought to “resign.”
” I just want the truth, why ‘d you do it?
Another reality makes Donna’s words a lot more poignant: her parents would have commemorated their 60 th wedding anniversary on February 11 th, as Janice shared in a FoxNews.com op-ed recently:
Today would’ve been my in-laws 60 th wedding anniversary. I wanted to celebrate them while advising individuals like @RachelMayNY of the deadly policies executed by @NYGovCuomo that assisted take their lives. https://t.co/2wO1VDPczH

But as daughter Donna told the Post, in a scathing barb focused on Gov. Cuomo, “It’s too late for an apology.”
