The School Dental Assisting Program is a full-time, two-semester program that needs the conclusion of 30 credit hours. The curriculum consists of 14 required classes that include roughly 1,000 hours of lectures, laboratories, and scientific experiences. All instruction takes place at the School of Dentistry, situated on the IUPUI school in downtown Indianapolis. Students are needed to complete at least 300 scientific hours in order to earn the certificate.
