Blind Nasal Intubation

Airway Blocks should be done prior to the intubation
I usually do superior laryngeal and Recurrent laryngeal Nerve Block.. 2% Lignocaine gel for nasal mucosal.. As you see in the video patient was comfortable and never coughed.. it means that your block was good.. Coughing at the ETT can be hazardous sometimes..
