Here I reveal a completely flapped case for a #10 implant positioning. The client had a thick biotype so I was not fretted that he would have much economic downturn of surrounding teeth. If it was a thin biotype I would have utilized a papilla maintaining flap rather of the intrasulcular cuts that I utilized here.
