Maxillary Molar Access [HUGE CALCIFICATION}

featured image

Here are some tips that I”ve learned along the way about how to tackle calcified molar teeth. This patient was in pain (#26 SIP/SAP) and we only had time for a pulpectomy. I contacted the patient the next day and his cold/aching pain is gone – only biting pain remains. Biting pain usually remains for about 3-5 days after a pulpectomy and I warn patient’s to expect that.
